• Check-in/Check-out: Please abide by the times designated.  Do not arrive early as doors open at 1:00pm Friday. If you have added an additional day, arrival time is still 1 pm.  There is not a formal check-out procedure, we simply ask that you be packed and saying goodbyes by 3:00pm Sunday.
  • Deposits:  A $150 deposit must accompany your reservation in order to hold the dates requested.  You can mail a check or use PayPal (just click on the one night stay button).  After we receive the reservation and deposit, confirmation will be sent via email along with a payment schedule if requested.  If no email address is available, expect your confirmation from the postmaster.
  • Cancellations: Life happens. If an unexpected situation arises and you are unable to attend the retreat weekend, a refund will be given up to 60 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival.  You always have the option of scheduling another weekend and transferring the amount paid to hold the new date (one time only). Because of Covid, we have willingly moved reservations to dates further out. We will do this once as a courtesy. However, numbers are improving, people have been getting vaccinations, and we are open. In cases less than 60 days or Covid related issues, refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.  Your deposit may be forfeited if we are unable to fill your spot with a fully paid replacement.
